Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every edition in The Sellick Archive is produced to order and prepared to museum-grade standards. Because of this, production and shipping times can vary slightly depending on the size of the artwork, edition type, and whether framing is included.
Processing Times
Unframed prints are usually dispatched within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. Framed editions require additional handling and are typically dispatched within 14–21 business days.
We will notify you by email once your order has shipped. If there are any unexpected delays (for example, due to supply chain issues or seasonal demand), we will contact you directly with an updated timeline.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped securely using reputable courier services and are fully insured during transit. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
We currently ship within Australia and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & Handling
Each print is handled with care and packaged using archival-grade materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Framed works are custom-crated or boxed for additional protection.
Delivery Times
Estimated transit times from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.
Damage or Issues in Transit
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at robin@thesellickarchive.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
