Photographed for Rolling Stone in 1997 at my North Adelaide home - far from the Sydney–Melbourne media bubble - this portrait was part of a session that changed what was possible for editorial photography in Adelaide. At the time, high-profile celebrity shoots didn’t happen here. This one opened the door to dozens more.

The success of this session elevated not just my career but also the stylists, hair and makeup artists and crew who worked alongside me, proving Adelaide could hold its own on a national stage.

This is the most intimate portrait from the session - the last frame of the day, taken on a quiet balcony with just Kylie and me, away from the crew. That solitude gave space for something real - a moment of openness that feels unguarded and true.

This rare work is now available to collectors in a strictly limited edition of 15, each hand-signed, numbered and produced to museum standards on archival Hahnemühle fine art paper using pigment inks for longevity.
