An intimate portrait of Kylie Minogue - captured in a quiet moment of truth, far from the spotlight.

Photographed for Rolling Stone in 1997 at my North Adelaide home, this image was part of a session that broke the rules of Australian celebrity photography. At the time, major editorial portraits were created only in Sydney or Melbourne. This one changed that - proving that world-class images could come from anywhere.

Yet what makes this portrait endure is its honesty. It was the final frame of the day - taken alone on a balcony, just Kylie and me, after the crew had packed up. In that stillness, something shifted. The performer fell away, and what remained was something real - a moment of warmth, vulnerability and grace.

For collectors and fans alike, this is a rare chance to hold Kylie at her most human - radiant, unguarded and completely herself.

Each print is hand-signed, numbered and produced to museum standards on archival Hahnemühle fine art paper using pigment inks to ensure richness, depth and longevity.

Kylie Minogue AO OBE remains one of Australia’s most beloved cultural figures - a global icon whose impact spans music, identity and joy.

Works from The Sellick Archive are held in the collections of the National Portrait Gallery of Australia, the State Library of South Australia and other major institutions - a reflection of their cultural and historical significance.
